What the application describes
The application sets out a compact apparatus and a method of operating it. Inside an insulating tube, a shallow layer of liquid metal sits beneath a larger volume of heavy water. Short high-voltage pulses applied to the metal, with a grounded needle electrode just above its surface, create plasma at the interface between the two liquids, and magnets flank that interface. Once the pulser is switched off, a low DC voltage maintains the circulation of the liquids and the collective structure of the plasmoids, and electrodes and a solenoid collect electrical output directly, without a thermal conversion stage. The 62 claims cover the apparatus, the method and configurations for direct electrical energy harvesting.

What the search opinion said
Search opinion, in brief
In the PCT Written Opinion, which is preliminary and non-binding, claims 1–62 were indicated as appearing novel and involving an inventive step. The opinion did not find industrial applicability established at the search stage; that question is addressed with experimental evidence in the national phase.
What publication means
Publication places the full description of the architecture in the public record, where anyone can read exactly what has been claimed. It is a procedural step, not a grant: examination will take place in the national and regional patent offices where Metatron pursues protection. In parallel, the measurement program is quantifying how the architecture performs, and results will be published after measurement and independent validation.
